Autism Spectrum Disorder

This study aims to help researchers to learn more about autism and to examine the effects of a medicine, known as an investigational medication, called bumetanide (Pronounced boo-MEH-ta-nide).

The study may help find out whether or not this medicine helps children with autism to communicate more easily and aids their relationships with others.

Your child may be able to take part in the study if they have moderate or severe difficulties in social communication, have restrictive and/or repetitive behaviours, are age 2 to less than 7 years and do not receive certain medications.:
